Wadzanai Diana Manyame
Wadzanai Diana Manyame is a Sustainability Practitioner in the field of environmental management, climate change and circular economy. She is a holder of an MSc in Environmental Health and a BSc Honors in Environmental Science and Health from the National University of Science and Technology. She has also been trained in several professional courses and holds certificates in the Biennial Transparency Technical Expert Review on NDC Tracking (UNFCCC), Climate Diplomacy for Negotiators (UNITAR), Climate Governance, Diplomacy and Negotiations Leadership (African Group of Negotiators Experts Support (AGNES)), Climate Change Mitigation Project Development (BCA), EcoProduction and Waste Management (Leather Industry) (UNIDO and Sustainability Reporting (African Sustainability Consultants). She works with a number of organisations in the field of environmental management, sustainability and climate change. She works with the Business Council for Sustainable Development Zimbabwe to promote sustainable development practices within the private sector of Zimbabwe, she works with Titaku Environmental Engineers to promote environmental management of development projects across all sectors in Zimbabwe. She has worked with the Green Business Gazette as an Assistant Editor to promote information dissemination of topical matters important to industry and livelihoods such as climate change, waste management, biodiversity and their significance to businesses and livelihoods.
She is a member of the NDC Technical Working Group and also supports a number of projects in the Climate Change Management Department under the Ministry of Environment, Climate and Wildlife as a technical practitioner. Wadzanai also negotiates at the UNFCCC COPs on matters relating to transparency and has interests in venturing to Article 6.
