Victor Ngao Mutungi
Victor Ngao Mutungi is an accomplished Project Specialist with over four years of experience in program administration, grants management, and stakeholder collaboration. He is currently pursuing a Master’s in Economics (Cooperation and Human Development) at Kenyatta University in partnership with the University of Pavia. His diverse experience spans business development, project execution, and sustainable development initiatives across Africa.
Victor has a proven track record of managing impact-driven projects, developing trust-based partnerships, and providing data-driven evaluations to inform strategic decision-making. He has worked with organizations such as Government of Makueni county and the USAID-funded Kenya Crops and Dairy Market Systems Project, where he contributed to project management, performance budgeting, and resource mobilization. His expertise includes impact investment strategies and supporting social enterprises in aligning with poverty alleviation goals.
His goal is to leverage innovative approaches to foster sustainable development and expand opportunities for communities across Africa through partnerships and impact-first investments.
