Sofia Kabibi Tumaini is an Environmental Scientist and Water Governance Specialist with over seven years of experience in climate policy, renewable energy, sustainable water governance and management, and ecosystem conservation. She has an MSc in Water and Sustainable Development from IHE Delft Institute of Water Education and a BSc in Environmental Science from Egerton University. She is also a certified expert in Climate Adaptation Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.

She has proven expertise in strategic project management, policy advocacy, and stakeholder engagement across Africa, focusing on enhancing resilience in vulnerable communities and ecosystems.
