Shem Injili holds a Bachelor’s of science degree in Natural Resources Management from Egerton University. He posses a proven track record of achievements and experience in Climate change and Natural Resources management expertise with a demonstrated history of working with vulnerable communities, public sectors, Vulnerability risk Assessment & Mapping (VAM) and conducted wide range assessments.
He is experienced in building capacity and resilience on Climate Change Readiness, Climate Change Resilience Investment including Adaptation and Mitigation projects, Integrated Natural Resources Management, , Climate Smart Agricultural Production, Agriculture value chain, Monitoring and Evaluation, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), Environmental and Social Risk’s Management, Group Leadership, Dynamics and management. He is passionate about Climate Change, Carbon offsets, Community Empowerment, Training and development,Capacity Building and Economic Empowerment of Rural and vulnerable Households.
Mr. Shem Injili is highly skilled in Microsoft Office Tools, Stakeholder Engagement, Research, Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Proposal writing, Resource mobilizations and Fundraising, , Partnerships, Data Analysis, Key Informant Interviews, , Public speaking and a good command of English and Swahili languages.
He is highly trained and certified in; Climate, Land, Energy and Water model by climate compatible growth, Climate Governance, Diplomacy and Negotiations Leadership Program by AGNES Africa, Environmental and Social Framework-ESF Fundamentals by World Bank Group, Nature Based Solutions for Disaster and Climate Resilience by United Nations Environmental Program and Monitoring and Evaluation under Anglican Development Service (ADS).
It is his career ambitions to grow in the sectors that sustainably promote the well being of people including Climate Change,. Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture working with various stakeholders including; Private sectors, International Non-governmental Organization (INGO) and public sectors.
