Perseverance Javangwe
Perseverance Javangwe, serves as a Communications Officer at Community Voices Zimbabwe, advocating for environmental sustainability and amplifying community voices. With a passion for climate action, he is a Climate Reality Leader, Climate Democracy Action Fellow, and an International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) Peer Trainer, empowering others to drive renewable energy solutions. As a Global Youth Coalition Climate Fellow and a Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) Fellow, he engages in shaping youth leadership and activism on climate issues. He is also an Ubuntu Leaders Academy Fellow and a McKinsey Forward Alumni, committed to fostering inclusive leadership and innovation. Additionally, he founded Climate Justice Zimbabwe to address climate injustices and promote equitable solutions. His diverse background and dedication to climate advocacy drive his mission to create a sustainable and just future for all.
