Peris Rimas is a climate scientist, specializing as a partnerships and sustainable innovations professional. I am a holder of BSc. Analytical chemistry with a certification on quality management systems and sustainable development. Presently, I rally for poverty eradication, youth engagement, quality education access and climate and nature education at the grassroot level as part of the star of hope CBO, Theirworld and YouthxYouth respectively. I am an active technician on sustainable innovations currently consulting with public and private stakeholders to come up with creative environmentally mindful solutions whilst empowering the locals. I am a volunteer within my local Maasai community through the Star of hope CBO, where I am involved in youth and adolescent mentorship and community empowerment. I am a passionate eco-innovator with a particular interest on poverty alleviation on social, economic and political contexts. I am an active member of the Global citizen network, YouthxYouth, Ecosystem restoration communities and YOUNGO.I am a founder of the catalyst for innovative change alliance (CFIC). An intergenerational expert entity that shares and works with communities to realize the desired change.
