Peninah Wangari Karuhi is a Claims Manager at Star Discover Life Insurance Ltd. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, from Egerton University, majoring in Insurance and Risk Management. With expertise in risk assessment, claims management, relationship and customer service management, team leadership, Peninah has developed a strong foundation in her field.

She is deeply interested in Sustainability and is currently pursuing a Master’s program in Sustainable Development (MSc) at Unicaf University.  She is also a writer, with one of her articles published in the IIK (Insurance Institute of Kenya) journal in 2022. The article addressed the impacts of Climate Change in the Insurance Industry.
