Ndinda Maithya
Ndinda Maithya, is an avid Gender champion with a bias to grassroots and minoritized communities with vast experience in community organizing and evidence-based advocacy especially on land, livelihoods and climate change. She has a B.Sc. in Gender, women and development, from the Egerton University. She is a crusader of women land rights as a prerequisite to tackling climate change as climate solutions are implemented on land.
Ndinda Maithya is a programs Manager, Voices for Just Climate Action at Hivos East Africa Hub where she currently works. A lover of communities and especially the ones at the last mile, she is passionate for community work and transforming lives, where she advocates for communities to sit at the decision-making platforms to share their stories in their own words.
