Moses
Moses is a dedicated professional specializing in carbon projects, environmental conservation, sustainability, and climate change, boasting over 8 years of extensive experience in environmental and social impact assessments, audits, natural resource management, climate adaptation, resilience building, occupational health and safety, and community development. He holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental planning and management from Kenyatta University-Kenya.
As a Carbon Projects Officer in the clean cooking sector, he develops and registers Article 6 carbon projects, prepares Idea Notes, Design Documents, and applications for carbon projects in African. He also supports technical work such as validation audits, stakeholder consultations, and environmental assessments, while assisting in Carbon Strategy tasks like tracking SDGs and Article 6 and UNFCCC updates.
As an advocate for environmental conservation a passionate football coach, he has proactively spearheaded and coordinated environmental conservation programs through sports such as tree planting (Grow and Adopt a Tree Initiative) and clean-ups in his community. His aim is to inspire the younger generation to become catalysts for positive change.
