Masiiwa Troubles Pepukai is an experienced Internal Audit and Governance Practitioner with a strong passion for good governance and has hands – on experience in risk management, internal auditing, and governance. He is a Registered Public Accountant (RPA), Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). He also holds B.Sc. (Hons) Degree in Accountancy (CUT), an M.Sc. Degree in Accounting & Finance (NUST), Management Development Program Certificate (ICAZ), Certificate in Program and Project Monitoring & Evaluation (UZ). On a voluntary basis, he serves several entities in different capacities. He is currently the Vice Chair- Finance Committee for the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cathedral Parish (Harare), Chairperson- ACCA Zimbabwe Education Sub-Committee, Committee Member- Institute of Internal Auditors Zimbabwe Continuous Professional Development and Academic Relations Committees, Troubles is the Group Internal Auditor for Pacific Cigarette Company, covering 3 markets, South Africa, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. He is passionate about Climate Financing and Governance. On a part-time basis, he lectures at a local leading University, the Midlands State University in areas of Financial Accounting, Risk Management and Governance.
