Martha Phiri is a Safety, Health and Environmental Management Professional with hands – on experience in SHE and quality management, community engagement and policy advocacy. She has qualifications in Safety, Health & Environmental Management, Food Safety & Quality, Green Technologies and Emergency preparedness. She is currently a Youth Champion dedicated to developing climate resilient food systems, under the Bulawayo Urban Futures Project funded by HIVOS Regional Office Southern Africa. A dedicated volunteer for Green Hut Trust, an Environmental NGO in Bulawayo dedicated to building inclusive climate resilient communities. She is a passionate advocate for green urban food systems, green policies and environmental sustainability.
