Laura Adongo
My name is Laura Adongo from Kenya. I am a Social Worker and Community led personnel with four years of experience in implementation of developmental projects. Over the past few years, I have exhibited a diverse range of skills in project management, research work, advocacy, climate justice, resource mobilization and tackling gender issues as well. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and Administration from Mount Kenya University.
As a professional project manager, who has worked with several Non-Governmental Organizations such as Youth Alive! Kenya, Child Fund International, Winam Law courts and After care Services, I am committed to making a positive impact on individuals and communities and I have been able to work with diverse populations, providing support and advocating for vulnerable individuals through managing projects that drive social change and creating meaningful solutions that address complex issues. I have a deep understanding on climate issues thanks to AGNES Africa for enabling me to successfully complete the Climate Governance, Diplomacy and Negotiations Leadership program. Your expertise and guidance have been invaluable in deepening my understanding of these critical issues on climate Justice and from that I can confidently discuss and engage in climate issues in any setting. Thank you.
