Kitso Kevin Monametsi is a passionate environmentalist with a B.Sc. in Earth and Environmental Science from the Botswana International University of Science and Technology (BIUST). He has significant experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management, having served in various roles, including SHE Officer for UNIK Construction Engineering and High-Rise Scaffolding at the Morupule B Power Station. His work has focused on risk assessment, incident investigation, safety culture promotion, and environmental compliance.

As a Climate Reality Leader trained by the Climate Reality Leadership Corps, Kitso has been an advocate for sustainable development and environmental governance. His recent participation in the Climate Governance, Diplomacy, and Negotiations Leadership Program underlines his commitment to climate action and policy. Kitso is dedicated to making a lasting impact in environmental sustainability and climate leadership.
