Keleofile Clifford Meshack
Keleofile Clifford Meshack graduated in 2022 with a degree in Physics and Meteorology from the University of Botswana and he is currently on a 2 year internship with the Department of Meteorological Services in Botswana under the research and training division. This division is responsible for conducting public awareness on climate change and ozone depletion issues and education about the department. It also acts as a focal point for climate change and ozone related issues. His role involves guiding students and educators through daily operations, providing insightful explanations about our products and services, and ensuring a positive and informative experience for all visitors. By facilitating these tours, he helps to foster an understanding of the department’s mission and capabilities, while also enhancing engagement with the community and potential future talent. As part of the National Climate Change and Ozone Unit, he has taken on responsibilities akin to those of an ozone officer, focusing on critical issues related to climate change mitigation and adaptation. He was part of the African Group of Negotiators program His passion for addressing environmental challenges drives his work in promoting sustainable practices and enhancing community resilience to climate impacts.
