Ikutwah .K. Millicent is a professional Junior High School teacher. She has a bachelor of Education Arts (Kiswahili, History) from Mount Kenya University. She is an experienced climate change practitioner under the county government of Kakamega,Kenya Girl Guides Association and Bustani Gardens. She is also a divisional commissioner and a Bravo guide under Kenya Girl Guides Association. She is a certified member of Women Fighting Aids in Kenya (WOFAK). She is a serial volunteer in community-based organisations and programmes. She is a team leader in Bustani Gardens and a gender-based violence activist. She is currently working at Amalemba Junior High School in Kakamega County, Kenya.
