Glory Kathure Thuranira is a climate change educator with her bachelors in education with a working experience in project management and humanitarian response and climate justice advocacy. She is currently pursing her masters in Climate Change Adaptation at the University of Nairobi. She has worked with several Civil Society Organizations to champion for the rights of women and girls, youth inclusion, accountability in emergencies and disasters, climate change education and the promotion of Agroecology in Arid and Semi-Arid Lands in Kenya.

Glory Kathure Thuranira is currently working with ActionAid Liberia as a Climate Justice and Humanitarian Response Inspirator working with young people in the implementation of the Strategic Partnership Agreement 2 project which focuses on three strategic objectives; young people involvement in democratic spaces, climate justice and sustainable development, and young women leadership in emergencies and disasters.
