Gawale is a dynamic and result-oriented professional with over five years of experience in environmental management, GIS analysis, research, climate change analysis, and project management. His expertise spans Environmental Impact Assessments, solid waste management policy development, climate change adaptation and building climate resilience for the urban poor (BCRUP). He has successfully implemented multimillion-dollar projects under the World Bank-funded Kenya Urban Support Program and contributed to national policies in Kenya. Gawale holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Planning and Management from Kenyatta University and is a licensed Environmental and Social Assessment expert.
