Gaspard Cizungu is a skilled Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) professional with extensive experience in organizational performance evaluation, community engagement, and advocacy. He holds a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute.

Currently serving as the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Action Vulnerable People Integral Development (AVPID), Gaspard has a proven track record in M&E roles focused on enhancing the livelihoods, of vulnerable communities. He also leads initiatives as a social impact analyst, researcher, and climate activist within the organization.

Gaspard is a passionate advocate for migrants, displaced persons, water, sanitation, hygiene (WASH), environmental sustainability, and the welfare of vulnerable communities. His commitment to these causes drives his work in promoting effective solutions and policies that benefit those in need
