Felix Omongbale is a dedicated, experienced, industrious dynamic and driven Civil Engineer/Construction Engineer and Manager with years of experience in providing professional expertise in construction, project management, monitoring/supervision and evaluation, reporting, technical advisory, human resources management, financial management, procurement, contract negotiation & administration, logistics service management, risk management and quality management in infrastructure design and construction such as schools, residential buildings, roads, water and sanitation facilities, as well as the capacity building of engineers.
Felix Omongbale is a young man with high degree of self-motivation, a good team player, possessing strong leadership and multi-tasking skills, dedication to duty, humble, tolerant, ability to communicate. He is creative and innovative; target driven and result oriented person with eyes for details. He can summon his wits at will and can deliver on deadlines. He is skilled with writing specifications, project scope, bids evaluation & estimation, and studious leader.

Felix Omongbale has wealth of experience in Technical and Financial evaluation of Bidders. He has served as member and chairman of Technical Evaluation Committee (TEC) in an International NGO project. He has also served in various Committees in professional organizations, and has received honours/awards to his name.
Felix Omongbale’s desire for professional development made him to develop himself on regular basis with Certifications from various organizations both nationally and internationally. He is very active in his profession. He is certified engineer with the Council for the regulation of engineering in Nigeria (COREN). He is a member of various professional bodies such as the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers (NICE), Nigerian Institution of Environmental Engineers (NIEE), International Association of Engineers (IAENG), etc. He is a Certified Project Manager and Human Resource Manager with the International Project Management Professional (IPMP). He also had various certifications from national and international organizations such as the International Certificate in Construction from the Awarding Body of International Occupational Safety and Health (ABIOSH), HSE Level 1, 2, & 3 from the World Safety Organization, and certified Health Safety and Environment with Global Engineering and Safety (GES).
Felix Omongbale is an unusual personality of multiple and variegated credentials. His strategic focus is on team-oriented safety initiative and is known in establishing work sequence. He has effective management skills with the ability to coordinate and provide strategic thinking and clear directions on the project teams. He has strong skills in negotiating and influencing others to collaborate, identify and solve problems, issues and disputes amicably. He has a strong mentoring and coaching skills for technical teams through demonstrated leadership in organizational, people and talent management.
He has a B.Eng. in Civil Engineering and M.Eng. in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering in Ambrose Alli University and University of Abuja respectively. A Strategic Leader trained by the African Centre for Leadership, Strategy and Development (Centre LSD).
Felix Omongbale is passionate about academia with research interests in Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation, Water and Wastewater Treatment, Solid & Liquid Waste Management, Water Scarcity & Security, Environmental Contaminants/Pollutants, Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Degradation & Remediation, and Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH). He is highly interested in research opportunities and collaborations in areas that will spur his abilities and learn more.
