Felix Ogheneochuko Ogirisen
Mr. Felix Ogheneochuko Ogirisen is an astute Environmental Scientists with over 20 years experience in the government service and a proven knowledge of Government Policies, Regulations, the complexity of climate governance, international diplomacy and negotiations. He hold a BSc degree in Biochemistry from the University of Benin, Nigeria, NEBOSH International diploma in Environmental Management, UK, and MSc in Environmental Standard with option in Climate Change and Natural Resources Management from the Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO), Nigeria.
Mr.Felix is currently a Deputy Director in the climate change department in the Delta State Ministry of Environment and the Secretary to the Delta State Climate Change Team: an inter ministerial climate change committee/ technical working group set up to coordinate all climate change activities/actions in Delta State, Nigeria. He has a passion for climate change advocacy and has embarked on series of climate change sensitization campaigns, awareness creation and advocacy visit to rural communities and schools in Delta State, Nigeria.
Mr. Felix is a devoted Sunday School teacher with a passion for the total development of the child in body, soul and Spirit.
