Dr. Jacob Kwamina Dodoo
Dr. Jacob Kwamina Dodoo is an astute Environmental Governance Professional with hands – on experience in environmental management, community engagement and advocacy. He has a B.Sc. in Tourism from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana, MSc in International Hospitality Management from the Leeds Metropolitan University, UK, MBA (Finance), from the University of Leicester, UK and a PhD in Environmental Governance and Management from Wangara Mathai Institute, University of Nairobi, Kenya. A volunteer for several NGOs, including campus Patron for Green Africa Youth Organization (GAYO). He is currently a lecturer at the Department of Sustainable Development and Policy, University of Environment and Sustainable Development (UESD), Somanya, Ghana where he has educated a number of students on Climate Change, environmental sustainability and the SDGs.
Dr Jacob Kwamina Dodoo is a founding member of the Network for Atmospheric and Air Quality Research (NAAQR) at UESD where he currently works. A member of the African Group of Negotiators Experts Support (AGN), with a deep understanding of international negotiations, particularly in the context of environmental and sustainability issues trained by the African Group of Negotiators Experts Support. He is an ardent advocate for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles (ESG), WASH and environmental sustainability.
