Dr. Dave Ojijo is a medical doctor with a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery. He is an astute climate-health nexus advocate, Passionate about the intersection of health, the environment, he serves as a planetary health ambassador. Dr. Ojijo is the founder of Green Health Focus organization, a platform through which he channels his medical expertise to advocate for climate resilient, sustainable health practices and environmental consciousness. Dr. Ojijo serves as the Chair of Kenya Medical Association Planetary Health Committee where he combines his medical background and leadership skills to drive initiatives that promote the crucial connection between human health, the health of our planet and environmental well-being. He is also actively engaged in global climate discussions as a dedicated member of the UNFCCC official Youth Constituency, specifically within the YOUNGO Health Working Group.
