Cliff Chiduku
Cliff Chiduku is an award-winning journalist with 15 years hands-on experience in development communications, policy engagement and advocacy. He has a MSc in Public Policy and Governance with the University of Zimbabwe, Post-Graduate Certificate in Development Communications with Wits University in South Africa and BA in Media Studies with Zimbabwe Open University.
A serial volunteer for several organizations in Zimbabwe, he is currently the Advocacy and Communications Manager for the Agricultural Marketing Authority. He published an online newsletter in LinkedIn titled Environment and Climate Insights. He also has a weekly column in Zimbabwe’s two newspapers NewsDay and Zimbabwe Independent, where he writes thought-provoking opinions on climate change and environmental issues. He is also a lecturer at CCOSA College where he teaches trainee journalists on environmental reporting and development communications. He has been invited to make presentations at several foras on climate change, environmental issues, sustainability and the Sustainable Development Goals.
