Chikondi Kawinga is a dedicated and highly skilled professional with a strong background in monitoring, evaluation, and project management within the developmental sectors, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Malawi, and currently pursuing a master’s degree in Transformative community development with Mzuzu University.  Chikondi’s expertise lies in project design, planning, and management, with a focus on environmental and natural resources management, sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), food security, and water sanitation and health. I am currently holding roles as a Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning Officer at Plan International Malawi. committed to continuous learning through involvement in regular capacity-building assessments and the design and implementation of appropriate initiatives to address livelihoods and climate challenges.
