Charles Omondi is an astute civil aviation professional with hands – on experience in airport operations-aviation safety, community engagement and advocacy. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Aviation Management and currently is an MBA student. A serial volunteer for two NGOs, he is currently the founder of Ameliorate and Thrift (A&T) Fountainhead Organization, an NGO that promotes SDGs, Climate Action and Climate Justice, and has educated hundreds of community members on Climate Change, environmental sustainability and the SDGs.

Mr. Charles is the Team Lead and chief rapporteur for the organization that he leads, a Climate Reality Leader trained by Oxford Net Zero, YALI RLC, AGNES Africa, Yale Jackson School of Climate Affairs, AIIDEV Africa, Africa Food Change Makers, and the US Institute of Peace (USIP) Gandhi-King Academy. He is an ardent advocate for Climate Action, Climate Justice, Just Transitions, Youth Justice, WASH and environmental sustainability.
