Carolyne Bii
Carolyne Bii is an astute Sustainability and Development Professional with expertise in climate governance, community engagement, and policy advocacy. She holds a Master’s in Management (International Development Policy and Governance) from China Agricultural University and a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Moi University. As a 2024 ACTs Sustainability Fellow, Carolyne conducts sustainability research and develops project proposals aimed at addressing climate challenges. At the World Council of Churches, where she serves as a Constellations Fellow, she advocates for land, water, and food justice while actively contributing to global policy discussions. Her dedication to sustainable development is further underscored by her training with the African Group of Negotiators Experts Support in climate governance and her focus on youth empowerment as an Imara Fellow. From grassroots engagement to high-level policy analysis, Carolyne consistently integrates sustainability principles into development practices, supporting progress at both local and global scales.
