Agbo Oluchi Adaku
Agbo Oluchi Adaku is a dedicated public health researcher and Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) Specialist at the Batnon Centre for Environment and Sustainable Development in Abuja, Nigeria. She holds a B.Sc in Microbiology and an M.Sc in Pharmaceutics from the University of Nigeria Nsukka. With a strong foundation in public health, Oluchi’s work focuses on the intersection of climate change and health, particularly exploring ways to curb antimicrobial resistance (AMR) in vulnerable communities impacted by environmental shifts. Driven by a passion for sustainable solutions and climate diplomacy, she actively contributes to global discussions aimed at addressing both environmental and health challenges. Her academic and professional endeavors are centered on developing innovative approaches to these issues, with a commitment to fostering resilience strategies that protect public health while mitigating the impacts of climate change.
