Abinet Kebede holds an MA in Development Studies and a BA in Economics from Addis Ababa University. With over fifteen years of experience, he has successfully led, managed, and coordinated various projects in the fields of WASH, agriculture, health and nutrition, and private sector capacity building. His expertise spans research, policy analysis and advocacy, business development, and project management and monitoring.

Currently, Abinet serves as a Research Associate at an international NGO focused on the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) sector. His research interests center around WASH financing and climate-resilient WASH. Abinet is dedicated in providing technical support and facilitating private sector engagement in platforms promoting sustainable development and climate action.
