Calvince Rashid Kawawa. A is an astute Environmental Sustainability Professional with hands– on experience in Climate Change Modelling, Biological Invasion, and Environmental Policy Evaluation. He has a B.Sc. in Biology M.Sc. in Environmental Biology. He’s also pursuing his Ph.D. at the Technical University of Kenya. He is a career civil servant and an Environmental Inspector for National Environmental Management Authority-Kenya (NEMA). He also serves as a committee member of the Centre for Kakamega Tropical Forest Studies (CEKATFOS). This center enhances climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies through prudent forest management and restoration activities. A Climate Governance, Diplomacy, and Negotiations Leadership Program Expert, trained by The African Group of Negotiators Experts Support (AGNES), Calvince Rashid Kawawa. A is an ardent advocate for climate change adaptation and mitigation.
