Christine Maroa is an Operations Assistant at the African Group of Negotiators Experts Support (AGNES), where she provides cross-functional support to the Operations, Finance, and Procurement departments. She plays a key role in ensuring efficient administrative operations, including office support, inventory management, document filing, and logistical coordination for meetings, trainings, and international climate-related events. Christine also supports procurement processes through supplier sourcing and cost–benefit analyses, oversees inventory control, and manages institutional assets, including vehicle coordination and compliance. In addition, she supervises support staff to maintain high standards of office cleanliness, kitchen operations, and recordkeeping. Her role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations that enable AGNES to effectively deliver its mandate across Africa.
